Abstract: ABSTRACT [0013] An innovative blockchain-driven platform is disclosed for the secure management, storage, and verification of educational qualifications within a decentralized environment. Certificate data issued by authorized educational institutions is captured, processed through cryptographic hashing, and recorded immutably on a distributed ledger, while the actual certificate documents are maintained in decentralized storage networks. Smart contracts automate the complete lifecycle of certificates, encompassing issuance, validation, and revocation, thereby removing manual verification delays and eliminating opportunities for data tampering or forgery. The platform overcomes the shortcomings of traditional centralized credential systems that suffer from slow processes, vulnerability to fraud, and limited transparency. Stakeholders including educational institutions, students, employers, and regulatory authorities interact through role-based permissions that preserve institutional control over issuance, grant students ownership and privacy of their records, and enable employers and third parties to perform instant verification via unique identifiers or QR codes. The resulting system creates a scalable, transparent, and trustworthy ecosystem for digital credential management that aligns with contemporary educational and employment requirements.
