Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising Spermidine (10 mg) and L-Ergothioneine (12.5 mg) for optimizing cellular health. The optimized ratio of 10 mg Spermidine to 12.5 mg L-Ergothioneine ensures complementary mechanisms of action, enhancing autophagy while preventing oxidative damage. The tablet formulation includes pharmaceutically acceptable excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide, and is manufactured via sifting, mixing, compression, and film coating. Experimental validation demonstrates synergistic effects with a 3.8-fold increase in autophagy and 68% reduction in oxidative stress. The composition is stable under accelerated conditions, ensures optimal bioavailability, reduces pill burden, and improves patient compliance.
