Abstract: ABSTRACT A Composition for Forming a Corrosion Protection Sheet and a Method for Preparing the Sheet The present invention relates to a composition comprising 30 wt.% to 40 wt.% of a polymeric material having a melting temperature (Tm) ranging between 230°C to 300°C, 55 wt.% to 65 wt.% of a reinforcing agent, 0.1 wt.% to 0.5 wt.% of a conductive carbon material, and at least one additive selected from coupling agents, antioxidants, and stabilizers. The present invention further relates to a corrosion protection sheet, a method for preparing the sheet and a method for protecting a metal substrate from corrosion. The corrosion protection sheet safeguards complex geometries, such as inward-facing contours or cavities on a metal substrate, which are otherwise prone to corrosion during cathodic electrodeposition, as these areas remain uncoated in the absence of the sheet.
