Abstract: The present invention relates to a microtubule-modulating composition comprising a microtubule stabilizing agent, a microtubule destabilizing agent, and an organic solvent medium, and a method for preparation thereof. The composition is formed by combining the microtubule stabilizing agent and the microtubule destabilizing agent in a predetermined molar ratio and diluting under controlled conditions to obtain defined concentrations. The composition enables controlled modulation of microtubule dynamics through a balance between polymerization and depolymerization processes. Experimental validation demonstrates that the microtubule stabilizing agent promotes tubulin polymerization in a concentration-dependent manner, while combination with the microtubule destabilizing agent results in enhanced functional response at reduced component levels. The composition is characterized by defined concentration ranges, ratio tolerance, and controlled preparation conditions, providing improved modulation efficiency and reproducible performance under in vitro conditions.
