MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611063536 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology on May 20, 2026, for A Compact Phase Shifter Design For Millimeter Wave Systems.
Inventors include Neha; and Dr. Vijay Kumar Pandey.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: A compact phase shifter design for millimeter wave systems is disclosed. The design includes an input port, impedance matching section, phase shifting core, state selection network, compensation cells, control interface, calibration memory, shielding structure, and output port. Switchable reactive loading modifies effective electrical length within a reduced footprint while compensation cells reduce mismatch and amplitude variation. Stored correction data supports beamforming calibration. The phase shifter is suitable for phased arrays, radar modules, transceivers, and antenna-in-package assemblies requiring selectable phase control.
