Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated aloe vera gel extraction machine designed to replace manual and semi-automated methods. Traditional manual extraction is labor-intensive, slow, and inconsistent, while whole-leaf crushing mixes gel with rind and latex, requiring secondary filtration that degrades quality. The machine addresses these limitations by fully automating washing, slicing, scooping, and dicing within an enclosed system. A stainless-steel mainframe supports operational components arranged linearly, driven by a single electric motor with belt and pulley transmission. The process begins with intake through a passive guide chute, followed by side-trimming blades mounted on spring-loaded devices, conveying rollers with food-safe surfaces, and a longitudinal splitting blade. Curved scooping blades separate gel fillet from rind, directing waste through discharge chutes. Extracted gel strips enter a revolving dicing roller producing uniform cubes. The system ensures continuous operation, maximized gel recovery, reduced contamination, and consistent high-purity output for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food applications.
