Abstract: ABSTRACT “A CLOUD BASED UNIVERSAL TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” The present invention provides a cloud based universal training management system (100) that enables the users to manage the workforce training using multiple technologies including simulators, virtual reality solutions, and E- learning on a single platform. The system comprises a plurality of processing modules, a data storage unit (107) and a user-interface unit (106). The plurality of processing modules comprises a training module (101), a management module (102), an evaluation module (103), a reporting module (104) and a setting management module (105). The data storage unit (107) stores one or more instructions for implementing the features of cloud based universal training management system (100). The user-interface unit (106) ensures a smooth interaction with the user, and also the user along with the operator controls and/or provide one or more inputs to the cloud based universal training management system (100) via the user-interface unit (106).
