Abstract: The titled invention discloses a closed-system device for opening sterile ampoules and transferring their contents directly into a syringe. A sterile glass ampoule is placed inside the sealed ampoule holding chamber (1), and the device is closed using the airtight sealing mechanism (8). The ampoule is broken through the ampoule breaking mechanism (2) within a closed sterile environment. The resulting glass fragments are retained within the glass fragment containment chamber (3), while medication is transferred directly into a syringe through the needle-free syringe coupling interface (5) and sterile fluid transfer pathway (7) without the use of conventional needles. The invention reduces needlestick injuries, contamination, and medication loss while improving efficiency and workflow in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare environments.
