The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A CLOSE LOOP TYPE HOT WATER GENERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention relates to a close loop type hot water generation system for industrial process heating. The system comprises a heat exchanger, a circulation pump, a steam control valve, temperature sensing and control arrangement, safety valve, air vent valve, and an online raw water feed system with a non-return valve. The hot water returning from process equipment is directly connected to the suction of the pump, thereby forming a closed loop circulation system without a buffer tank. The system improves thermal efficiency, reduces steam and power consumption, provides accurate temperature control, generates high temperature hot water (upto 110degC) and enables compact and clean installation for industrial heating applications.
