Abstract: The present invention relates to a cleaning device (100) for performing cleaning operations by combining motor-assisted mechanical scrubbing with controlled delivery of cleaning fluids. The cleaning device (100) comprises a conduit assembly (10) including a drive conduit (16) accommodating a drive transmission element (18) and one or more fluid conduits (12, 14), a cleaning aid (20) having a scrubber (24) configured to rotate about a central rotational axis, a dispensing unit configured to deliver at least one cleaning fluid and cleaning agent into the scrubber (24), and a motor drive unit operatively coupled to the drive transmission element (18). The motor drive unit and the dispensing unit are positioned remotely from the cleaning aid (20).
