A processing unit (112) incorporates an input module (114), a repository module (116) for retrieving specimen data and transmitting deficiency notifications, a correlation module (118) for generating clinico- pathological correlations and system-based educational classifications, a QR management module (120) for maintaining a centralized single QR code with real-time content updates eliminating physical relabelling, a workflow integration module (122) for automatic specimen registration from routine laboratory processing, and an output module (124) for transmitting structured clinico-pathological correlation reports to the user interface (104).
