The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an electrical distribution system, and more particularly to an electrical distribution box with a centralized DC power supply configured to operate driverfree LED lighting loads. The system comprises an AC input source, a centralized AC-to-DC conversion unit, regulated DC bus distribution, protection circuitry, and multiple output channels adapted for direct connection of LED luminaires without individual drivers. The centralized architecture eliminates decentralized LED drivers, thereby reducing component failure, improving reliability, minimizing harmonic distortion, and enhancing energy efficiency. The distribution box incorporates voltage regulation, surge protection, overload protection, and intelligent monitoring to maintain stable DC output across lighting circuits. The system enables simplified wiring, reduced maintenance, improved thermal performance, and extended operational life of lighting fixtures. The invention further allows scalable installation in residential, commercial, and industrial environments through modular DC distribution and centralized control, providing a safer and more efficient alternative to conventional AC driverbased LED lighting systems.
