Abstract: The present invention relates to a cement-free binder composition utilizing industrial by-products and treated wastewater for producing cementitious materials. The binder composition comprises Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS), Calcium Carbide Residue (CCR), Phosphogypsum (PG), and treated wastewater, wherein the constituent materials cooperatively undergo hydration and activation reactions under ambient curing conditions without the use of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) or external chemical alkali activators. The hydration reactions facilitate the formation of cementitious products including calcium-aluminosilicate- hydrate (C-(A)-S-H) gel, resulting in a dense and mechanically stable binder matrix exhibiting improved strength and durability. The binder composition effectively utilizes industrial by-products and reclaimed water while reducing dependence on conventional cementitious materials and potable water. The invention is applicable for producing mortar and other cementitious products for residential, commercial and infrastructure construction applications.
