Abstract: A Cell-Level Predictive Thermal Runaway Detection System with Embedded Analysis and Risk-Based Diagnostic Generation for Lithium-Ion Battery Packs. The present invention relates to a system for detecting thermal anomalies in lithium-ion battery packs using cell-level temperature monitoring. The system comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, an embedded control unit, a signal processing and feature extraction module, a predictive analysis module, a diagnostic generation module, a risk classification module, and a communication interface. The system processes temperature data to extract thermal features and evaluates thermal behavior using a predictive model to identify abnormal conditions prior to threshold violation. Predictive diagnostic trouble codes and associated risk levels are generated and transmitted to a secondary electronic control unit or dashboard for display and logging. The invention enables real-time embedded monitoring and early detection of thermal anomalies without reliance on external processing systems. (FIG. 1)
