Abstract: TITLE: “A CASCADE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF OPERATING THE CASCADE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM” ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a cascade refrigeration system (500) comprising multiple refrigeration circuits (100, 200, 300) and bypass circuits (10, 20) for efficient cooling and 5 thermal management. The system includes heat exchangers (111, 203), compressors (101, 201), evaporators (108, 206, 302), and a control unit (600) that regulates operations based on real-time temperature feedback from temperature sensors (113, 114, 207, 304). The system supports various operational modes such as full- operation mode, partial-operation mode, second-temperature mode, and defrost mode, activating circuits selectively to optimize energy 10 consumption. The first refrigeration circuit (100) operates independently or in coordination with bypass circuits (10, 20) to maintain specific temperatures without the need for full-system activation. Reservoirs (103, 204, 303) and bypass valves (104, 107, 109, 112) enhance fluid stability and pressure control. The system (500) improves cooling efficiency, ensures reliability, and minimizes maintenance by preventing conditions such as ice build-up and pressure surges. 15 Figure 1 and Figure 6 is the reference figure.
