Abstract: A CASCADE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF OPERATING THEREOF The invention relates to a cascade refrigeration system (100) for efficient temperature control in various applications. The system includes a first refrigeration circuit (1), and a second refrigeration circuit (2) connected through a first heat exchanger (18) for heat transfer. The first refrigeration circuit (1) includes a first compressor (11), first expansion valve (14), condenser (12), first three-way valve (15), second three-way valve (17), and auxiliary conduit (16). The second refrigeration circuit (2) includes a second compressor (21), second expansion valve (23), second heat exchanger (22), and evaporator (24). A control unit (104) dynamically manages components and sensors, including a liquid-level sensor (106) and pressure sensor (105), to optimize efficiency, reduce start-up time, and maintain steady-state operation. The auxiliary conduit (16) enhances heat exchange, stabilizing the second refrigeration circuit (2). Figure 1 and Figure 4 is the reference figure.
