Abstract: A cable holding device (400) may be disclosed. The cable holding device (400) includes a grip member (410), a support member (420), and a clamp member (430). The grip member may be configured to hold at least one cable (C). The support 5 member (420) may be configured to support the grip member (410) at one end. The clamp member (430) may be pivotally coupled to the support member (420) and configured to move between a non-actuated state (S1) and an actuated state (S2). Further, the clamp member includes a cam member (430a) configured to press the grip member for holding the cable (C) in the actuated state (S2) and release the 10 cable (C) in the non-actuated state (S1). This cable holding device (400) eliminates the requirement of separate tools for holding and releasing the cable (C) and makes the operation of holding and releasing the cable (C) easy and convenient.
