Abstract: The present invention relates to a bluetooth low energy and GPS based real time object tracking device. The device comprises an ESP32-WROOM-32 microcontroller (501), a GPS module GYNEO-6MV2 (502), an active buzzer (503), a 5V power supply input (504), GPS TX/RX communication lines (505), a GPS power supply line of +3.3V (506), and ground connections (507). The ESP32 (501) manages Bluetooth Low Energy communication with a mobile application and processes GPS data received from the GPS module (502) through UART communication lines (505). When the device remains within BLE range, the mobile application can remotely activate the buzzer (503) to assist in locating the object. Upon loss of BLE connectivity, the system automatically switches to GPS mode and provides real-time location coordinates to the mobile application for map-based tracking. Power efficiency is achieved by selectively activating BLE, GPS, and the buzzer only when required, enabling compact, lowcost, and reliable object tracking without SIM cards or subscription services.
