Abstract: ABSTRACT A BLOCKCHAIN-BASED INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR SECURE MEDICINE SUPPLY CHAIN AND BLOOD MANAGEMENT The present invention relates to a blockchain-based integrated healthcare system for secure management of pharmaceutical supply chains and blood bank operations. The system combines medicine tracking and blood management within a unified decentralized framework, wherein all transactions are recorded on an immutable blockchain ledger. Each medicine batch and blood unit is assigned a unique identifier, enabling complete lifecycle traceability from origin to end use. Smart contracts automate validation, enforce operational rules, and regulate role-based access among stakeholders including suppliers, manufacturers, healthcare providers, donors, and patients. A web-based interface facilitates secure interaction with the blockchain network. The invention ensures data integrity, prevents unauthorized modification, and enhances transparency across healthcare processes. By eliminating reliance on centralized systems, the proposed system improves efficiency, reduces counterfeit medicines, and ensures safe blood distribution, thereby providing a reliable and scalable solution for modern healthcare resource management.
