The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of humanoid robotics, biodegradable polymer composites, and additive manufacturing, and particularly to a lightweight hybrid humanoid robotic lower limb assembly (100) comprising a top pelvis plate (101), left and right leg assemblies (102, 103), composite bracket holders (401, 1304), aluminum extrusion links (202, 1303), servo motor units (204), and foot plates (1305). The invention further employs a twin-screw extrusion system including a hopper (601), twin screws (604), barrel (605), heater elements (606), and extrusion die (608) to produce nanoclay-reinforced biodegradable composite filament (702), which is fabricated into structural components using a three-dimensional printer having a gantry frame (801), print head (802), and print bed (803). The invention provides improved strength-to-weight ratio, modularity, sustainability, reduced material consumption, enhanced joint stiffness, simplified maintenance, and improved manufacturability. The invention is principally useful in humanoid robots, rehabilitation systems, educational robotic platforms, research laboratories, service robots, industrial automation, and robotic locomotion applications.
