Abstract: The invention relates to bio-integrated wellness devices using live bioluminescent microorganisms, particularly a closed-loop living algae ecosystem containing Pyrocystis fusiformis in a plurality of transparent tubes mounted in an enclosure with transparent display sections. A low-energy microcontroller, responsive to light sensors, automatically switches between a day mode for photosynthesis and a night mode in which a small low-power air pump drives an airflow and bubble distribution path to mechanically disturb only one transparent tube at a time, then sequentially stimulate further tubes after several seconds, with return after about one minute, thereby improving regeneration, reducing stress on the culture, and providing sustained visible blue-green emission compared with continuous or simultaneous stimulation. The device further supports environmental management, optional warm LED backup lighting, and integrated audio playback, for use as a calming ambient wellness and sensory display system.
