The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: The proposed system addresses the problem of mismatch between an individual teacher's teaching style and an individual student's learning style, which causes students to perform unevenly across subjects depending on the teacher rather than their actual ability. The system observes how a student engages with different content formats (text, audio narration, visual diagrams) made available for the same topic, tracking format choice, engagement duration, and post-topic performance, to infer the student's effective content format separately for each subject and teacher. Using the teacher's own original notes or slides as source material, the system automatically regenerates that specific content into the student's preferred format while preserving the factual content and structure the teacher intended. After the student studies the regenerated content, the system evaluates their performance on that topic and updates the inferred profile accordingly, so the system's understanding of the student improves continuously rather than relying on a single fixed classification. The invention's distinguishing aspects are a dynamic, subject-and-teacher-specific learning profile rather than one fixed global learning-style label then content regeneration traceable to a specific teacher's own material rather than generic third-party content and validation of the inferred profile using actual post-content academic performance rather than engagement metrics alone.
