Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery pack (101). The battery pack (101) may include a casing (104), a first cold plate assembly (106), a cell holder (108), a plurality of cells (110), a second cold plate assembly (112), and a plurality of clamping members (114). The first cold plate assembly (106) may be coupled with the casing (104). The second cold plate assembly (112) may be positioned in the casing (104) in proximity to the second end (110-2) of each cell (110). The plurality of clamping members (114) may be adapted to restrict a rotational movement of the cell holder (108) relative to the first cold plate assembly (106) and the second cold plate assembly (112). Herein, each of the first cold plate assembly (106) and second cold plate assembly (112) is adapted to circulate a coolant to absorb the heat generated by the plurality of cells (110).
