Abstract: The present subject matter related to a battery pack 100 comprising a plurality of cells 102, a set of connectors 104, a thermal regulation material 106, and a fire- retardant material 108. The plurality of cells 102 are configured in a sequence and the set of connectors 104 are configured on both ends of the plurality of cells 102. Each of the set of connectors 104 connects a plurality of terminals of the plurality of cells 102. The thermal regulation material 106 is disposed in a space adjoining the plurality of cells 102 and the fire-retardant material 108 within a battery casing 110 of the battery pack 100. The fire-retardant material 108 is disposed around a circumference of the plurality of cells 102. The fire-retardant material 108 and the thermal regulation material 106 are combined in a pre-set weight ratio.
