Abstract: ABSTRACT A BATTERY PACK ASSEMBLY The present disclosure envisages a battery pack assembly (100). The battery pack assembly (100) comprises a plurality of battery modules (102), a module top cover (104), a battery top cover (106), and a cushioning foam (108). The plurality of battery modules (102) is configured for energy storage. The battery top cover (106) is configured to shield the plurality of battery modules (102). The cushioning foam (108) is configured to be compressed upon installation of the battery top cover (106). The compression converts the semi-closed cells into closed cells of the cushioning foam (104) to minimize air entrapment, creates a positive gap between the said module top cover (104) and the battery top cover (106) to prevent metal-to-metal contact during vibrations and dampens vibration forces experienced during battery operations.
