Abstract: A Battery Health and Lifecycle-Based Matching Framework for Optimal Battery Allocation in Electric Vehicle Swapping Networks ABSTRACT With the rapid adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs), efficient battery swapping has emerged as a promising solution to reduce charging time and improve user convenience. However, conventional battery swapping stations often allocate batteries without considering their health condition, resulting in unfair battery distribution and reduced customer satisfaction. This paper proposes a health-aware battery matching and allocation framework for EV battery swapping networks. The proposed system utilizes Battery Management System (BMS) data, including State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), charge cycle count, battery temperature, and remaining useful life, to evaluate available batteries. An intelligent scoring algorithm is employed to identify and allocate the most suitable battery based on battery condition and lifecycle parameters. The system maintains a centralized database for battery tracking, swap transactions, and predictive maintenance. Experimental analysis demonstrates improved allocation fairness, battery utilization, and operational efficiency compared to conventional random allocation methods. The proposed framework provides a reliable, scalable, and intelligent solution for next-generation EV battery swapping infrastructure.
