Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a self-healing bendable concrete composition comprising ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, silica sand, water, superplasticizer, hybrid glass and polyester fibers, spores of Bacillus pumilus, and nutrient compounds. The composition exhibits multiple microcracking, tensile strain-hardening, and autonomous crack healing through microbiologically induced calcium carbonate precipitation. The optimized composite demonstrates substantial improvements in compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths, reduced permeability, and crack-healing efficiencies up to 95%. Machine learning models, particularly Artificial Neural Networks, are used to predict performance characteristics. The invention is applicable in bridge decks, pavements, seismic-resistant structures, marine infrastructure, and rehabilitation works.
