Abstract: Title: A 3D Printing Extrusion Nozzle Head Driven by Planetary Gear Train. The present invention relates to a 3d printing extrusion nozzle head driven by planetary gear train for additive manufacturing provides uniform mixing and controlled extrusion of composite materials. The assembly includes a cylindrical chamber (105) with an upper processing section, a lower discharge section, and a heating element. Raw polymeric matrix materials and reinforcements are introduced through perimeter hoppers (103). A single actuator drives a primary shaft coupled to a central sun gear (102), which rotates a coaxial principal screw (106) for non-positive displacement extrusion. Simultaneously, the sun gear (102) drives three planetary gears (101) arranged within an internal ring gear assembly. Three helical impellers (104) extend vertically into the chamber (105) from the planetary gears (101), executing simultaneous self-rotation and orbital revolution around the principal screw (106) to ensure high-shear mixing before composite extrusion through a nozzle (107).
