Abstract: Fish Smoking Apparatus with an Integrated Sequential Smoke Conditioning Assembly The present invention relates to a portable fish smoking unit (100) comprising a combustion chamber (102), a perforated tray (104), a mesh filter (106), an adjustable baffle plate assembly (108), a smoking chamber (110), an exhaust hood (116), and a smoke outlet (136). Biomass fuel is combusted in the combustion chamber (102) to generate smoke, which passes sequentially through the perforated tray (104), the mesh filter (106), and the adjustable baffle plate assembly (108) before entering the smoking chamber (110). The perforated tray (104) and mesh filter (106) remove combustion residues and particulate matter, while the adjustable baffle plate assembly (108) regulates smoke flow and distribution. The smoking chamber (110) comprises removable fish holding trays (112) and an insulation layer (128) for retaining heat and facilitating uniform smoking. An exhaust fan (118) may assist smoke removal through the exhaust hood (116) and smoke outlet (136). The unit provides controlled, filtered and uniformly distributed smoke for hygienic fish smoking with improved smoking efficiency and reduced fuel consumption. Fig. 1
