Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence (AI)-based three-dimensional brain tumor analysis system comprising automated segmentation, localization, volumetric analysis, and visualization techniques applied to multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The AI-driven system comprises integrating the steps involved during preprocessing of images, as well as using the hybrid deep learning models integrated with attention mechanism along with explaining the process through explainable artificial intelligence (XAI). The AI system enables the identification of tumor boundaries, classification of different tumor regions, and estimation of its volumetric size and anatomical position from T1, T1CE, T2, and FLAIR MRI sequence scans. It also involves producing 3D visualization by the AI system and generating a structured clinical report that removes the need for manual effort while augmenting diagnostic precision and equipping clinicians with enhanced clinical decision-making tools, along with enabling them to monitor tumor progression and treatment responses effectively.
