Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: 3D PRINTED VACUUM-BASED SUCTION WALL HOOK FOR POLISHED SURFACES 5 10 15 The titled invention discloses a three- dimensional printed vacuum-based suction wall hook for polished surfaces configured to provide temporary and secure mounting without the use of adhesives, screws, or drilling. The wall hook includes a suction cup base (1) fabricated from flexible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for creating a vacuum seal on smooth and polished surfaces, a centra! mounting interface (2) for connecting the suction cup base (1) with a hook support structure (3) while maintaining the vacuum seal and distributing mechanical loads, and the hook support structure (3) fabricated from rigid polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) for supporting suspended objects. The wall hook is manufactured as a single integrated component using a dual-extrusion Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) process, combining flexible and rigid materials to provide reliable vacuum sealing, improved structural strength, tool-free installation, reusability, and customizable mounting suitable for domestic, commercial, and industrial applications.
