The formulation incorporates bioavailable zinc sources, such as zinc salts or nanoencapsulated zinc, to enhance micronutrient delivery without affecting the natural probiotic content or sensory qualities of the fermented drink. The beverage is provided in a compact single-serve format (30-50 ml) that enables convenient daily consumption and improved user compliance. Optional inclusion of herbal adaptogens such as Tulsi or Ginger further supports immunity and overall wellness. As a plant-based, lactose-free, and naturally fermented product, the invention offers an effective and palatable alternative to conventional zinc supplements and dairy-based probiotic formulations, ensuring better stability, enhanced acceptability, and suitability for diverse age groups."
