MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514080457 A) filed by Tmt Machinery, Inc., Osaka, Japan, on Aug. 25, 2025, for 'yarn winder.'
Inventor(s) include Yanagisawa Makoto; and Kobayashi Shuhei.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Contact pressure is suppressed from being different between packages even if the setting of the contact pressure 5 applied to the packages is changed. A yarn winder 4 includes a base 20, a bobbin holder 24, a contact roller 25, an air cylinder 35, a tilting mechanism 40, a postural change sensor 66, and a controller 26. The controller 26 controls the tilting mechanism 40 such that an actual angle-related 10 value detected by the postural change sensor 66 is equal to a target value that is determined in accordance with the weight of yarns Y wound onto bobbins B and independently from a set value of a contact pressure."
