MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007475 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka India, on Feb. 3, 2024, for 'wooden log loading device for trailer.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a wooden log loading device for trailer, comprising a platform 1 to be positioned in proximity to heavy vehicle trailer and manually accommodated with wooden logs, a touch enabled screen 2 installed on platform 1 accessed by user to input commands for loading wooden logs in trailer, a microcontroller linked with screen 2 process input commands an activates a camera 3 installed on platform 1 for capturing and detecting trailer height, a weight sensor installed on platform 1 for detecting wooden logs presence, a pair of motorized clamps 7 attached with member 5 for gripping wooden logs in successive manner as per detected height of the trailer, and a pair of motorized sliders 8 attached in between clamps 7 and member 5 for translating clamps 7 towards apex portion of member 5 to load logs in trailer."
