MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097118 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Oct. 8, for 'wireless communication method and device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless communication method and a device, and involve designing a time slot structure (equivalent to a first time unit) based on M time slots, so as to transmit an S-SSB, thereby optimizing an S-SSB transmission solution. The wireless communication method comprises: a first terminal sending an S-SSB on a time domain symbol located in a first time unit and used for transmitting an S-SSB; wherein the first time unit comprises M time slots, and within the first time unit, the first time domain symbol available for transmitting an S-SSB being at an A+1 time domain symbol, and within the first time unit, the endmost B time domain symbols being used as protection symbols, where M, A and B are all positive integers, and M=1, A1, and B1; and wherein the S-SSB transmitted in the first time unit comprises an S-PSS, an S-SSS and a PSBCH."
