MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517089410 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Sept. 19, for 'wireless communication method and apparatus, and communication device.'
