According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application provides a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The wireless communication method comprises: if a terminal device fails to execute listen-before-talk (LBT) on some or all of resource block (RB) sets of a first sidelink synchronization signal block (S-SSB) slot, the terminal device executes a first operation. The present application specifies a behavior (i.e., the first operation) of the terminal device when the terminal device fails to execute the LBT on some or all of the RB sets of the first S-SSB slot, thereby avoiding the problem of a synchronization performance anomaly between the terminal device and another device to a certain extent."
The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 10, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/112158.
