MUMBAI, India, Jan. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105639 A) filed by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Oct. 31, 2025, for 'window glass covering device for four-wheeler vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Kamini Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A window glass covering device for four-wheeler vehicle, comprising of a pair of frame 101 attached together with a stretchable fabric configured to secure over a side window of a four-wheeler vehicle, multiple suction units 102 to adhere the frame 101 with the window, an imaging unit 103 to detect any object approaching the vehicle, a first roller installed with the frame 101 via an rod 105 and wrapped with a protective sheet 106, to unwrap the sheet to deploy over the window to provide additional protection of the window, a second roller wrapped with a black sheet 108 to unwrap the sheet for deploying the sheet over the window, an air blower 110 to blow air inside the vehicle, a winch 111 wrapped with a belt 112 having buckle 113 to unwrap the belt 112 to access as a seat belt 112."
