MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514093862 A) filed by Envision Energy Technology Pte Ltd., Singapore, on Sept. 30, for 'wind turbine system activatable and runnable independently of an external power grid, control method, control device thereof, and storage medium.'
Inventor(s) include Niu, Ruigen; and Guo, Qinxin.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosed is a wind turbine system activatable and runnable independently of an external power grid, a control method, control device thereof, and a storage medium. A wind turbine generator is connected to a low-voltage side of a transformer via a power transmission line. An energy storage device is connected to a first point of interconnection on the power transmission line. A power supply switching device includes an input terminal and output terminals. When the wind turbine system is in an off-grid startup mode, the power supply switching device switches the input terminal to the energy storage device, and the energy storage device supplies power to the auxiliary electrical system to control rotation of the wind turbine generator and charges the converter through the pre-charging device, and the converter excites the wind turbine generator to set up output voltage of the wind turbine generator."
