According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A wheel cover (100) for a wheel of a vehicle includes a plurality of rows of openings (106), each row having at least two openings (106) arranged in a radial direction, and a plurality of flaps (104) pivotally configured with each of the openings (106) and biased to remain in closed position for providing a streamlined profile. A plurality of actuator assemblies (108), one configured with each row of openings (106), are provided that include at least one temperature-sensitive spring (402) disposed in vicinity of the corresponding brake components. The temperature-sensitive spring (402) is adapted to expand in an axial direction with an increase in temperature of the brake components to enable projections (404), provided with the actuator, to progressively engage with the flaps (104), and open the flaps (104), as temperature of the brake components increases, thereby providing cooling air to the brake components based on their cooling requirement."
