According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a wearable emergency alert device equipped with integrated 5G wireless communication, designed to operate independently of smartphones or external devices. The device includes a manual panic button and a suite of motion sensors, such as accelerometers and gyroscopes, for automatic fall and accident detection. A machine learning module processes sensor data to distinguish between genuine emergencies and non-critical movements, thereby reducing false alarms. Upon detecting an emergency event, the device transmits an alert containing real-time GPS location data to pre-configured contacts or cloud-based emergency systems through direct 5G network connectivity. Designed in multiple wearable form factors-including pendant, wristband, and armband-the device provides continuous, real-time safety coverage for users such as women, elderly individuals, children, patients, industrial workers, and field personnel, without reliance on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or a smartphone. The system further supports multi-channel alert delivery and enterprise-level integration via cloud APIs, offering a scalable solution for both personal and organizational safety."
