According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A wearable safety device for mines, comprising a curved-shaped body 1 developed to be worn by a user overhead portion while working in a mine, a push-button is accessed by user for securing body 1 over user's head portion, an inflatable member installed at inner periphery of body 1 and paired with an air compressor, wherein upon pressing of push-button, a microcontroller linked with push-button, microcontroller actuates air compressor for inflating member in view of inflating member to securely grip body 1 over user's head portion, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 mounted on body 1 and paired with a processor for detecting mining conditions, wherein based on detected mining conditions, microcontroller activates different LED lights 3 fabricated on body 1 to illuminate for maintaining an optimum light intensity for allowing user to comfortably carry out mining work."
