Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Water Heating And Heat Recovery' Filed by Kohler Co.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514003508 A) filed by Kohler Co., Kohler, U.S.A., on Jan. 15, for 'water heating and heat recovery.'

Inventor(s) include William C. Kuru; Jason M. Kwacz; Robin Whitfield; and Peter Kajuch.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A plumbing fixture includes a water passage configured to hold water, a first plate shaped according to a cross section of the water passage and spaced at a first distance from the water passage, and a second plate shaped according to the cross section of the water passage and spaced at a second distance from the water passage. A voltage between the first plate and the second plate is generated based on the water in the water passage."
