MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441038857 A) filed by Lian-Hong Li, Chongqing, China, on May 17, 2024, for 'water-dispensing system for generating boiled water ofdifferent temperatures.'

Inventor(s) include Lian-Hong Li; Xue Ma; and Xing-Fu Yang.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A water-dispensing system (3)includes an inlet channel (311) for 5 supplying unboiled water, a boiling area (32), a heat-exchange area (33), and a chilling area (34). The boiling area (32) has a heater (321)disposed on the inlet channel (311)for boiling the unboiled water and connected to a hot-water channel (322). The hot-water channel(322) is connected to a feeding channel (325). The heat-exchange area (33) 10 has a heat-exchange container (331) where a heat-exchange pipe (332)is sinuously arranged and then connected to the feeding channel (325)and a warm-water channel (334).A cooling unit (333)is outside the heat-exchange pipe (332). The chilling area (34)has a refrigerant container (341)where a chilling pipe (342)is sinuously arranged and 15 a chilling unit (344) adapted to cool boiled water and the cooling material (3331). The chilling pipe (342) is connected to the warm-water channel (334) and a cold-water channel (343). Accordingly, the system supplies boiled water having different temperatures and preheats the unboiled water to save boiling time and reduce energy 20 consumption."
