MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441033027 A) filed by K. Ramakrishnan College Of Technology, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, on April 26, 2024, for 'wash basin with smart strainer.'

The embodiments described herein aim to improve sink hygiene and prevent clogging while providing flexibility for modifications and combinations of features to suit different applications."
