MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521131045 A) filed by Symbiosis International, Pune, Maharashtra, on Dec. 23, 2025, for 'vulnerability-aware speech analytics system for emotional capital estimation using genderlect features.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Sonal Shree; and Dr. Kuldeep Singh.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a vulnerability-aware speech analytics system (100) for analysing public speeches comprises an input interface (101) receiving audio, video, or text transcripts and a feature extraction engine (102) deriving paralinguistic features (103) and kinesic features (104). A genderlect inference module (105) processes the features to generate a genderlect-pattern vector, while a vulnerability detection module (106) computes vulnerability indicators from the vector and the extracted features. An emotional capital estimator (107) fuses the vulnerability indicators, paralinguistic features (103), and kinesic features (104) to estimate an emotional capital measure for the speech. An audience resonance module (108) derives audience resonance metrics using the emotional capital measure and vulnerability indicators. An output interface (109) presents analyses of vulnerability, emotional capital trajectories, and resonance metrics for improving public communication effectiveness."
