Abstract: ABSTRACT VOLTAGE SENSING METHOD A battery pack assembly 100 and method 200, 300 for sensing individual cell voltages are disclosed. The assembly includes a plurality of cells electrically interconnected by busbars 102, with each busbar 102 interconnecting terminals of adjacent cells. A metal tab 104 is welded to each busbar 102 to define a voltage sensing point, and a plurality of voltage sensing wires 106 is provided, each voltage sensing wire 106 having a first end electrically coupled to a respective welded metal tab 104 and a second end coupled to a connector. A battery management system (BMS) 108 is coupled to the connector and receives voltage signals from the voltage sensing wires to determine a voltage of each cell. [
