According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A visibility maintaining device for vehicle, comprising a cuboidal body 1 connected with a sun visor of a vehicle by mean of a suction cup 2, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 4 determines presence of a driver and synchronously microcontroller directs a motorized hinge joint 5 for deploying body 1 underneath visor, a LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) detecting intensity of light incident towards driver for actuating first and second sliding unit 7, 8 for deploying primary and secondary transparent sheet for providing visibility, a moisture sensor detecting presence of moisture on deployed sheets for actuating a motorized pivot joint 11 for providing a reciprocatory motion to wiper 10 to clean the moisture and an electrooculogram (EOG) sensor for detecting blinking pattern of driver's eye for actuating speaker 13 for alerting user to awaken."
