MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517085443 A) filed by Daikin Industries, Ltd., Osaka, Japan, on Sept. 9, for 'ventilation device.'
Inventor(s) include Koyama Chika; and Nakazawa Takema.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This ventilation device (90) is provided with: a ventilation unit (50) that ventilates a target space (I); an irradiation unit (60) that sterilizes air in the target space (I) by means of ultraviolet rays; and a control unit (C) that controls the amount of ventilation by the ventilation unit (50) and an output by the irradiation unit (60) in conjunction with each other."
The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 29, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/007501.
