MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010104 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'vehicle uplifting device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A vehicle uplifting device comprises a primary and secondary (1,2) interconnected with each a other via at least four hydraulic rods 3 in a vertical orientation to positioned on a ground surface in proximity to a multilevel car parking building, a camera 5 mounted on the platform 1 for capturing multiple images of the primary platform 1, a speaker 6 installed on the platform 1 to notify the user to properly position the vehicle on the platform 1, a lifting arrangement 7 integrated with each of the hydraulic rods 3 to facilitate upward and downward movement of the rods 3, at least four wheels 8 are configured beneath the secondary platform 2 to maneuver the platform (1,2) to from one location to another location, and an ultrasonic sensor mapped on the primary platform 1 detects height of the primary platform 1 with the determines floor."
